We Optimize Your Route to Longevity & Health

By the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Biological Medicine, and proper nutrition; we set you on your path to longevity and health. When you book an appointment with us we will survey your current physical situation so as to achieve a full picture and give you an accurate evaluation. With this we can provide guidance on what steps to take from there. To read more on what we can treat please click here.

But not only that, we will monitor your physical progress throughout your treatments by the use of HRV, short for Heart Rate Variability, assuring that your treatment plan gives you the best results. HRV is defined as the variance in time between the beats of your heart. This very accurate index measures our nervous system, the body’s operating system so to speak, to assess your physical wellbeing. Pulse diagnosis has been successfully used for thousands of years within Traditional Chinese Medicine, but with the use of this technology we are able to retrieve and track information concerning a person’s physical health.

Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

Chinese medicine can be quite complex and difficult to comprehend because it is based on the belief that we live in a universe in which everything is interconnected. The mind and body are interconnected as part of an energetic system, meaning what happens in one part of our body impacts every other aspects of the body.

"Let food be thy medicine.” The basis of good nutrition is the quality and types of food that you eat regularly. That’s why it’s important to employ a scientific approach to assessing and fulfilling your personal nutritional balance.

Acupuncture is normally associated with and only one component of tradition Chinese medicine (TCM). There are several other methods that make up traditional Chinese medicine. Along with acupuncture, adjunctive techniques such as acupressure, magnetic, thermal (heat), electrical or electromagnetic stimulation, moxibustion, cupping, massage techniques (tuina, shiatsu, and gua sha); herbal medicines; diet and lifestyle changes; meditation; and exercise (qigong or tai chi) are all encompassed under TCM. All these components are designed to complete a puzzle.

Biological Medicine is the science, practice, and art of healing as a fundamental form of medicine, applicable to each human body, regardless of the illness. Biomedicine has a simple objective: identify the source of disorders, imbalances, and weaknesses in the human regulatory system and heal the whole body.

We use Heart Rate Variability and Electro-dermal screening in order to assess our client's needs and provide support for their health goals.
